Allergies
This BambooHR How To will assist you in adding, updating, and deleting your allergies. Dow Aero, LLC (“Company”) does not require employees to provide personal allergy details. In providing this optional sensitive personal information, the Company may use allergy details to provide desired treatment or share with emergency responding personnel in the event you suffer an allergic reaction or during an emergency situation. These allergy details may be viewed by the employee, direct/indirect management, and/or appropriate Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) and Human Resources staff.
This BambooHR How To is maintained by Human Resources. For any questions or to request additional options/features for the Allergies table please contact Human Resources.

Add Item
Login to your BambooHR profile from any supported web browser.
Select your My Info tab within the main navigation bar.
Select your Wellness tab within your profile’s navigation bar (if not already selected).
Locate the table named Allergies.
Select the +Add Allergies link that appears at the top-right corner of the table.
Select and enter any applicable information for the fields supplied in the pop-up window. The fields include:
Allergy - A single-line text field that can be used to identify the allergy name you experience.
Allergy Severity - A list field where you may choose an identified allergy’s seriousness to you heath.
Desired Treatment - A single-line text field that allows you to provide your preferred response to to a known or suspected allergic reaction and/or event in which you may be incapacitated.
Comment - A multi-line text field that you may include any additional information pertaining to the allergy you identified, it’s severity, or the desired treatment you’ve requested.
Select the Save button that appears at the bottom of the pop-up window.
Update Item
Login to your BambooHR profile from any supported web browser.
Select your My Info tab within the main navigation bar.
Select your Wellness tab within your profile’s navigation bar (if not already selected).
Locate the table named Allergies.
Locate the desired item you want to modify.
Hover over the appropriate entry.
If on desktop/laptop:
Hover your mouse pointer over an item.
If on mobile device:
Press anywhere within the white-space area of an item.
Select the Pencil icon.
Reselect or re-enter any applicable information for the fields supplied in the pop-up window. The fields include:
Allergy - A single-line text field that can be used to identify the allergy name you experience.
Allergy Severity - A list field where you may choose an identified allergy’s seriousness to you heath.

Delete Item
Login to your BambooHR profile from any supported web browser.
Select your My Info tab within the main navigation bar.
Select your Wellness tab within your profile’s navigation bar (if not already selected).
Locate the table named Allergies.
Locate the desired item you want to modify.
Hover over the appropriate entry.
If on desktop/laptop:
Hover your mouse pointer over an item.
If on mobile device:
Press anywhere within the white-space area of an item.
Select the Trash icon.
Select the Save button that appears at the bottom of the Delete Row pop-up window.
Mobile Application
Adding, modifying, or deleting information within the Size table is currently not available from the BambooHR mobile apps for iOS and Android.
